In the first frames of this video is my patient exactly a year ago, 30 minutes before the surgery. She was in such genuine terror that she literally couldn’t say a word, covered her face with her hands, and was even afraid to look at the IV catheter in her hand. For her, this was the first hospitalization and surgery in her life, a step she had been working towards for 15 long years.
During the initial consultation, I carefully analyzed the initial situation: the girl had a noticeable hump and a slightly drooping, somewhat heavy nasal tip, which disrupted the overall harmony of her face and hid her natural refinement. My main goal was not just to correct these aesthetic nuances, but to preserve her individuality.
I performed an open hybrid rhinoseptoplasty. During the surgery, I carefully lowered the nasal dorsum, completely removing the hump, and shaped a new, elegant, and slightly elevated tip. The profile turned out straight, soft, and very feminine — the perfect proportion for her face.
As the patient herself later admitted, the fear didn’t last long. We quickly and gently administered anesthesia, and when she woke up, she immediately realized: now she is a real beauty.
For me, as a plastic surgeon, the best reward is seeing the results of my work over time. Exactly a year later, the patient sent me footage from her photoshoot. I look at these pictures and see a completely different person. A gorgeous, self-confident, incredibly attractive girl in stilettos, who completely enjoys her own appearance.
She wrote me an amazing review, joking: “Eyes from my mom, nose from Gevorg Yuryevich! My favorite doctor created a masterpiece”. I am incredibly happy that she entrusted me with her oldest dream and chose me. It is for the sake of such genuine emotions and such dramatic transformations that I do my job!
