Initially, the patient came to me with the desire to make her facial features softer and more harmonious. Before the surgery, the profile was weighed down by a characteristic dorsal hump and a slightly drooping, somewhat wide nasal tip. My main task was not just to change the shape, but to create perfect proportions that would emphasize her striking natural beauty while preserving her individuality.
I performed a comprehensive rhinoplasty: meticulously removed the hump, narrowed and straightened the nasal dorsum, and formed a neat, elegant nasal tip.
In this video, we can observe the amazing stability of the result over a long period of time — two and a half years. The tissues have long completely recovered, the nose has “settled” perfectly and looks absolutely natural, as if the young woman was born with such regular features.
But for me, as a surgeon, the best reward is the patient’s emotions. Look at her face: she poses with pleasure, admires her reflection, and a soft, sincere smile plays on her lips. She feels incredibly beautiful, confident, and feminine. It is for such happy eyes that I work!
