Hump Reduction and Creation of a Graceful Contour (4 Months)

Description

A young woman came to me for a consultation, dreaming of a softer and more harmonious profile. During the initial examination and analysis of the baseline situation, I noticed a pronounced osteocartilaginous hump and an elongated, slightly droopy nasal tip. Such anatomy visually weighed down the middle third of the face, giving the profile excessive sternness and a somewhat tired appearance.

Surgical Course and Objectives

My primary goal was to perform the aesthetic correction as delicately as possible: to create a graceful contour that would perfectly fit the facial proportions without stripping the patient of her individuality.

The operation required meticulous work with bone and cartilage structures. I needed not only to carefully remove the hump but also to correctly rotate the nasal tip upward, providing it with a reliable internal support. Given the density of the patient’s skin, shaping a refined and well-defined tip required a truly jewelry-like approach and the application of modern techniques to preserve framework stability.

Result After 4 Months

In the photo 4 months post-operation, we can appreciate the wonderful result of our joint work. I formed a straight, aesthetic nasal bridge and a neat, slightly upturned tip with a beautiful supratip transition.

The profile has completely transformed: the face looks significantly fresher, younger, and more feminine. The former heaviness is gone, and the gaze has become more open. The patient admits that she now looks in the mirror with pleasure, feels confident and harmonious, and for me, this is the most valuable confirmation of a successfully performed operation.
