Precision cartilage correction and hump removal (2 months)

A beautiful young woman wishing to achieve softer and more harmonious facial features scheduled a consultation with me. During the initial examination and profile analysis, I noticed a pronounced osteocartilaginous hump and a slightly droopy, elongated nasal tip. Visually, these anatomical features weighed down the middle third of the face, giving the profile an overly stern appearance, diminishing her natural femininity, and adding visual age. Furthermore, such architecture of the external nose often goes hand in hand with the deformation of internal structures, so we also planned to work on improving the quality of nasal breathing.

Surgical Course and Objectives

My main goal was to perform a comprehensive rhinoseptoplasty. The surgery required a very delicate, precise approach:

• I had to not just remove the hump, but reconstruct a graceful, smooth line of the nasal bridge.
• The work on the nasal tip required special attention. Considering the tissue density, I needed to perform a precision correction of the cartilages — to rotate (slightly lift) the nasal tip and make it more refined while maintaining a secure support to avoid its drooping in the future.

Result After 2 Months (After)

In the “After” photograph, we evaluate the result just two months after the procedure, but the changes are already dramatic:

• I shaped a beautiful, straight nasal bridge that perfectly fits the facial proportions.
• The tip became neat, acquired the correct projection and a slight, playful upturn.
• Look at how the profile has transformed: the face looks significantly fresher, younger, and softer. The heaviness is gone, giving way to harmony and lightness.

We achieved an excellent aesthetic balance and fully restored free, complete breathing. My patient is genuinely happy with her new reflection in the mirror, and for me, this is the best indicator of a successfully performed job.
