A bright young woman came to me, knowing exactly what aesthetic result she wanted to achieve. In the initial situation (you can see this in the first frames), there was a noticeable dorsal hump, a rather wide nasal bridge, and a slightly drooping nasal tip, which made the profile look heavy. The patient arrived with a clear vision and even showed me preliminary modeling that she had done herself!
I analyzed her wishes and baseline anatomy in detail before performing the surgery. My main goal was to rid the profile of harsh lines, form an elegant, neat silhouette, and at the same time maintain a natural look so that the nose harmoniously fits her facial features.
In the video, we meet a full 4 years after rhinoplasty. This is an excellent indicator of how the tissues behave over time: the result is absolutely stable, the bridge remains straight, and the tip is securely fixed in the correct position.
