A very charming young woman came to me for a consultation. If you pay attention to the first frames marked “before surgery,” you will notice that the original shape of her nose somewhat weighed down her face. There was a noticeable hump, the bridge of the nose was a bit wide, and the tip looked quite massive and drooping. These nuances disrupted the overall proportions, and my task was to restore refinement to the face without depriving the patient of her natural individuality.
I performed a comprehensive rhinoplasty. During the surgery, I carefully removed the hump, narrowed the bridge of the nose, and formed a new, elegant, and slightly elevated tip. I aimed to create the most natural and harmonious profile that would perfectly blend with the soft features of the young woman’s face.
