In the video, we see a wonderful result a full 8 years after the surgery. The patient presented with a request for a doll-like, “childish” nose, which did not suit her original facial features and proportions at all. A decision was made to abandon the exaggeratedly small shape in favor of maximum naturalness.
The “BEFORE” photo clearly shows the initial situation: a pronounced hump, a drooping tip, and a rather large nose that weighed down the profile. We achieved elegant, soft lines while preserving her individuality. Years later, the nose looks absolutely harmonious, and the patient’s sincere smile and words are the best proof that the focus on naturalness always wins.
