A beautiful patient came to me with a desire to harmonize her facial features. When analyzing the initial “BEFORE” situation (on the footage from the laptop screen), a pronounced dorsal hump, excessive nose length, and a slightly drooping nasal tip are clearly visible. In profile, the nose looked quite heavy, which deprived the young woman’s profile of delicacy and visually added age.
What I did during the surgery:
- Removed the aesthetically uneven hump, creating an absolutely straight, elegant nasal bridge.
- Carefully lifted and modeled the tip, making it more refined and defined.
- Reduced the overall projection of the nose so that it perfectly fits the facial proportions.
The “AFTER” result speaks for itself:
Look at how her gaze has transformed and how much softer her profile has become! The new shape emphasized the young woman’s natural beauty without overwhelming her appearance.
When the patient saw herself in the mirror, her face literally lit up with a smile. This genuine joy and flirtatious look cannot be faked — she was absolutely delighted with her new, neat little nose. As we like to say: “The eyes are mom’s, but the nose is from Gevorg Yurievich.” The most important thing is that we managed to preserve her individuality while making her face more tender and refined.
