Initial Situation (Before Surgery)
When analyzing the patient’s profile and en face before the intervention, the following aesthetic features were clearly observed:
- A pronounced, rather high hump on the nasal bridge.
- A slightly droopy, massive nasal tip, which visually weighed down the facial features when smiling.
- A general disproportion in the length of the nose relative to other facial features.
Result and Surgical Solutions (After Surgery)
To achieve the ideal result, I applied the technique of ultrasonic rhinoplasty (Ultrasonic Rhinoplasty), which allows working with bone structures as carefully and precisely as possible.
- I carefully corrected and smoothed the hump, creating a straight, elegant line of the nasal bridge.
- Elevated and modeled the nasal tip, making it more refined and defined.
- Formed the correct nasolabial angle, which gave the profile softness and femininity.
Evaluation of the Result After 9 Months:
At the follow-up examination 9 months after the surgery, we see an amazing, stable result. The swelling has completely subsided, revealing perfect, chiseled lines.
Look at this radiant smile! The patient feels incredibly confident, her face has begun to look more open and harmonious, yet she has fully retained her individuality. The new shape of the nose looks so natural, as if she was born with it.
