Description

A lovely patient came in for a primary consultation with complaints regarding both aesthetic dissatisfaction with her nose shape and issues with the quality of her nasal breathing.

Surgical Process and Stages
  • Aesthetic part: The initial nose shape had a pronounced hump and a drooping, slightly massive tip that disrupted the overall facial harmony. I performed a rhinoplasty, carefully modeling a straight dorsum and lifting the nasal tip, making the profile elegant and feminine.
  • Functional part: To fully restore free breathing, I performed a septoplasty (septum correction) and an endoscopic conchoplasty (nasal turbinate correction). The “before and after” CT scan results clearly confirm that the internal airways are now completely open.
Emotions After Splint Removal

Splint removal on the seventh day is always the most exciting and long-awaited moment for the patient. As soon as the young woman saw her new reflection in the mirror, she was overwhelmed with sincere, genuine emotions! The video clearly shows how she literally radiates happiness, clasps her hands to her chest in delight, examines herself from all angles, and cannot hold back a happy smile.

Despite the early postoperative period and the expected slight swelling, which will completely subside over time, the profile already looks amazing, and most importantly — the patient is once again breathing easily and freely!
