“She has her mother’s eyes, but her nose is by Gevorg Yurievich!”
This is exactly how this touching moment can be described. It has been exactly 7 days since the rhinoseptoplasty, and we have just removed the cast for the first time. Meeting the new reflection in the mirror is always the most emotional stage for both the patient and me.
Initial situation (BEFORE)
A beautiful young lady came to me wishing to harmonise her facial features. After analysing the baseline data, I identified several tasks:
- Presence of a pronounced dorsal hump.
- A rather wide nasal bridge.
- A heavy, droopy tip that visually elongated the profile and disrupted the overall aesthetics.
- Work on the septum (septoplasty) was also required to restore proper breathing.
What I did (AFTER)
My main goal was to create a beautiful, refined profile that would not look “operated on” but would perfectly enhance the girl’s natural beauty.
- I carefully removed the hump, creating a smooth and straight line of the bridge.
- Formed an elegant, slightly elevated nasal tip.
- Straightened the septum so that the new nose would not only be aesthetically pleasing but would also breathe flawlessly.
Patient’s emotions
The video speaks for itself — in moments like these, words are often simply unnecessary. When the patient looked in the mirror for the first time, she could not hold back her sincere tears of happiness. Those trembling hands covering her face, her delight and disbelief that she had become such a refined beauty — this is the best reward for my work.
Despite the fact that only a week has passed and there is still natural postoperative swelling on the face, the result is already stunning. The face has become softer and more feminine, and all attention is now drawn to her beautiful eyes.
