This video features a patient on whom I performed rhinoplasty 3.5 years ago. As you can see, the result is not only stable but also harmonious over this extended period of time.
Initially, the patient had a rather pronounced dorsal hump, and the nose appeared more massive in profile. My task was not merely to remove the hump, but to create a more elegant, straight, yet natural profile, while preserving her facial individuality.
I am very pleased with how the nose looks at this stage. The initial swelling has completely subsided, the nasal dorsum is smooth, and the tip is refined. The patient’s face now appears softer and more proportional. Judging by her smile, she is also thrilled with the result!
