Cast Removal ✨
Removing the cast is always one of the most thrilling and emotional moments. This video captures exactly the 7th day post-surgery. The patient is carefully looking at her new profile for the very first time, and witnessing this genuine reaction is a true pleasure.
What was done:
- Initial state: Initially, the patient had a rather pronounced hump that visually weighed down the profile, along with a slightly drooping, bulky nasal tip.
- Surgical approach: I performed a rhinoplasty to soften her facial features while preserving her natural uniqueness. I removed the hump, created a smooth, elegant nasal bridge, and delicately refined the tip with a subtle lift.
- Result: The profile became refined, harmonious, and perfectly suited to her facial proportions.
From the shining eyes, timid smile, and the way she gently touches her new nose in awe, it is clear—she is thrilled with the result and can barely believe such a stunning transformation. Seeing happy eyes like these is the true reward of my work!
