Since some of the services provided by site representatives require 100% prepayment, the user agrees that refunds for any reason for any (rendered or unrendered) paid service are not provided regardless of circumstances, including the inability to receive the service for objective or subjective reasons.

Recommendations and Documents

As a result of some of the provided services, the visitor receives (via email) a document containing personalized recommendations and estimated prices. The user agrees that the document received is strictly for informational purposes, is not an official (including irrevocable) offer, and that all conditions listed therein may be changed or canceled by the administration at any time.

Dispute Resolution

The points listed above are the fundamental legal basis for the provision of services by the nose.am site. The parties agree that they can and must resolve any disputes through constructive dialogue. If it is impossible to resolve a dispute amicably, the parties must appeal to the authorized Judicial bodies located on the territory and under the jurisdiction of the Russian Federation.
