“Mom’s eyes, but the nose is my work!”
In this short video is a clear story of a stunning transformation. As aptly noted in the text overlay: “Mom’s eyes, but the nose is by Gevorg Yurievich.”
Initial Situation (“BEFORE”)
If you look at the TV screen, you will see the initial picture with which the patient approached me. The young woman had a rather large nose: there was a pronounced dorsal hump, a wide bridge, and a somewhat heavy, slightly droopy nasal tip. These proportions visually weighed down the profile and drew all the attention, hiding the true beauty of her face.
What I Did (“AFTER”)
I performed a rhinoplasty, setting the main goal to restore the harmony of features and create a maximally natural, elegant profile. I carefully removed the hump, formed a smooth, elegant bridge, and modeled a refined, slightly upturned nasal tip that perfectly matches her facial type.
Look at the young woman in the frame! The difference is colossal, and it’s far from just being about the new lines of the profile. A completely different person is sitting before us — self-confident, incredibly attractive, and radiant. The background music with the words “you are like Marilyn Monroe” is chosen perfectly! She literally glows from within, and her soft smile and captivating look speak of complete inner comfort. I am very glad that I was able to give her this sense of confidence and so vividly emphasize her natural femininity.
