A wonderful patient visited the consultation with a classic, but no less complex problem. During the meeting, she confessed that all her life she had dreamed of a miniature, elegant nose and, most importantly, the ability to breathe normally.
Initial situation (Before surgery)
Upon examination and profile analysis, I identified a pronounced aesthetic and functional pathology:
- Presence of a pronounced bone spur.
- Chronic nasal septum deformity (deviation).
- Impaired nasal breathing (the patient lived for years with a diagnosis of “vasomotor / allergic rhinitis”, which was unsuccessfully treated with medication).
Surgical outcome
I performed a comprehensive rhinoseptoplasty. During the surgery, I was able to completely eliminate the internal pathology, remove the bone spur, and straighten the septum, thereby fully restoring airway patency. From an aesthetic standpoint, I shaped a neat, harmonious nasal dorsum and an elegant tip that perfectly highlighted the girl’s features.
