An exciting moment of transformation
This video captures the most exciting moment — only 7 days have passed since the full rhinoseptoplasty. I have just removed the cast, and the patient is seeing her new reflection in the mirror for the first time. Just look at this reaction: she is glowing with happiness, cannot hold back a wide smile, shyly adjusts her hair, and admires her new profile from all angles with delight.
Initial situation
Let’s analyze the initial picture (note the “Before” photo in the lower left corner). The young woman had a rather wide nasal bridge, noticeable asymmetry, thickened skin, and a bulky nasal tip that visually weighed down her facial features. Since we needed not only to create beautiful aesthetics but also to restore full nasal breathing, I performed a full rhinoseptoplasty.
What I did during the surgery:
- Shaped a smooth, elegant, and natural profile.
- Carefully narrowed the nasal bridge.
- Sculpted and slightly lifted the nasal tip with precision, making it more refined, light, and feminine.
Even though only 1 week has passed since the surgery and there is still expected postoperative swelling on the face, the result is already clearly visible — the face has become softer, more refined, and harmonious. The patient is absolutely delighted and doesn’t hide her words of gratitude. It is for the sake of such radiant eyes and happy smiles that I do my work!
