Emotions after cast removal: Ultrasonic rhinoplasty
One of the most exciting moments in my practice is the moment the cast is removed, when the patient sees their new profile for the first time. The video shows the result of ultrasonic rhinoplasty (case No. 1094).
Initially, the patient had a pronounced hump and a slightly drooping nasal tip. The task was to create a straight, elegant profile while preserving the natural look and harmony of the face. Despite the inevitable postoperative swelling, the result speaks for itself, and sincere emotions are simply impossible to hide!
The first reaction is priceless:
— Oh… it’s a very good nose! — the girl looks at herself in the mirror with delight and slight shock, gently touching her face. — And I like it! You kept scaring me, scaring me…
— Yes, I scare everyone, — I reply.
Transformation details:
- Methodology: Ultrasonic rhinoplasty (Ultrasonic Rhinoplasty).
- Initial situation (Before): A noticeable hump, a somewhat heavy dorsum, and a drooping nasal tip.
- Result (After): A straight, neat dorsum, an elegantly lifted tip, and a perfectly harmonious profile that ideally complements the patient’s delicate facial features.
